Our signature decaffeinated coffee is a Sugar Cane Process to remove caffeine naturally from the beans. Using ethyl acetate, a natural byproduct of sugar production, the process is environmentally friendly, safe for pregnancies and imparts a molasses sweetness to the beans. A Colombian blend, this decaf is rich with brown sugar notes and a gentle citrus acidity that is delightful to drink any time of day.
