Grown in the Cajamarca region of Peru, this high elevation coffee is painstakingly produced by the Lima Cooperative headed by talented Rony Lavan.

Lima Co-op is a national award-winning coffee producer and this fully washed lot features Catimor, Catarrh and Typical varietals resulting in a decadent cup. In our humble opinion, this coffee leapt off the cupping table with its creamy mouthfeel balanced by date and fig sweetness and gentle acidity.

This is perfect as a gift for anyone from the seasoned connoisseur to someone new to specialty coffee.
