This washed, natural blend is roasted in small batches using our low and slow method to create a lower acid cup. The result is a medium roast with notes of toasted chestnuts, gentle cranberry acidity and hygge.

RWANDA ABADATEZUKA SINGLE ORIGIN
When tasting fresh coffees for this season we were floored by the elegant fruits in this cup. Imagine a mix of soft fresh berry jams or a red wine tasting and you're in the ballpark. We're excited to share this hand-picked natural process gem with you. 

PLATT PARK DARK ROAST
Our Platt Street Dark Roast is a blend of South American and Indonesian washed coffees. Roasted for low acid and rich, creamy body, with tasting notes of dark cocoa and toasted almonds. We like to prepare this coffee as a French press, cold brew or for espresso.
