Sleep Cream

We recommend incorporating the cream into a “sleep ritual” as you take the time to relax and prepare for bed. Breathe, practice a calming stretching or meditation session, apply the sleep cream and Zzzzzz.

Massage into skin for maximum effect. Apply as needed. Store at room temperature. Avoid freezing.
